湖北省武汉市某存储项目自动卷帘式过滤器合同完成签约 湖北省武汉市某存储项目自动卷帘式过滤器合同于2021年12月17日完成签约，合同内容主要包括，自动卷帘式过滤器及其配件30套（60台），因客户需求的风量、现场实际洞口尺寸、运输方式等原因，我司设计使用两台拼接、上下分段的方式组装自动卷帘式过滤器，便于客户安装。按照客户要求的到货日期，计划分批发货。 自动卷帘式过滤器风量：13500 m³/h；数量：30套（60台，两台拼接使用）材料：碳钢喷塑；滤料箱：冷板烤漆 。PLC压差自动和手动控制，两台设备共用一套控制系统。电机：380V 200W；滤料：过滤器专用G3滤料。依照客户要求提供两台拼接中间封板，提供安装固定配件等。
浙江永康市某污水厂采购的电动型不锈钢动卷绕式过滤器，正式购买合同签订于2021年1月中旬，依照客户施工场地的进度，安排于2021年1月26日完成交货。 根据客户提供的需求设备风量、场地洞口尺寸、过滤物类别等信息，我司设计使用电动型不锈钢动卷绕式过滤器进行过滤。设备主体材质：优质SUS304; 过滤材料：高质量的丙纶纤维，厚度10mm;电机功率：单台0.2Kw;电源：380V，三相，50HZ；保护等级：IP54；绝缘等级：F级；控制系统：自动和手动控制。 设备外框材质采用不锈钢板，整体过滤器由上箱、下箱、立柱、挡料板、压力栏、传动机构、控制箱以及过滤材料组成。空气过滤器应该有一个立式的矩形框架，一个由电机齿轮箱驱动的可更换的滤布轴。滤布应该在非碾压的状态下逐渐从框架的顶部跨过整个框架到框架的底部，在空气通过滤布时将其中的灰尘滤下来。
